‘Farcical’ post-Brexit check-in and check-out system to be replaced

The Home Office has confirmed that a new online reporting system for all sailors leaving and returning to the UK should go live later this year. Called Submit A Pleasure Craft Report, it will be available to fill out via the gov.uk website. There are no plans to make it available as an app.
