TAKE A FRESH LOOK AT MINT

Most of us when we think of mint think of its traditional pairing with new potatoes and as a sauce with lamb, both delicious. Many other interesting and unusual mint varieties are available, so why not add some to your garden this spring for a wider range of mint flavours?

Mint has a reputation for ‘taking over’ if planted in the garden, but this doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy growing this lovely plant. This rewarding herb can be successfully grown in containers and garden beds to stop it spreading; the cool, fresh-flavoured results will be well worth it!
