BITTER ORANGE AND CHOCOLATE CROISSANT PUDDING

SERVES 6-8 PREP AND COOK: 55 MINS

8 x 55g croissants
¼ cup no-added sugar marmalade
45g block no-added sugar dark cooking chocolate, coarsely chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk
300ml tub thickened cream
2 tblsps stevia
Cocoa powder, to decorate

1 Lightly grease an ovenproof dish (9-cup capacity).

Split croissants in half. Spread with marmalade. Arrange croissant
