A cup of tea with… JO SEAGAR

Jo Seagar became a household name with the launch of her TV cooking show, Real Food for Real People with Jo Seagar, in the late eighties. Kiwis loved her fun and pragmatic approach, and today the celebrity chef hosts highly successful culinary tours around New Zealand. In 2015, she was recognised as a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for her services to the community as a patron and ambassador for Hospice New Zealand. She lives in the small town of Oxford, Canterbury with her husband of 35 years, Ross, and they’re just a scooter ride away from their beloved grandsons, Leroy, nine, and Lucas, eight. The Weekly catches up with Jo over an aperol spritz to chat about food, family and flying.
