Hazelnut hot chocolate
Cioccolata calda alla nocciola
▸SERVES 2 ▸ PREPARATION 15 minutes
• 100g milk chocolate, chopped
• 500ml milk
• 1 heaped tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
• 4-7 tbsp Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
• 200ml double cream, whipped
• 1 tbsp finely chopped hazelnuts, toasted
Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water and heat gently
