    The sustainable straw-bale country Victorian home of Rhonda and Graeme (pictured, opposite) was the earthy inspiration for a refreshed garden filled with recycled materials and garden beds alive with birds and bees. On the edge of the emerald lawn – a cool-climate performer called Rhizomatous ‘Tall Fescue’, or RTF – a custom-designed arbour and Harvey Norman seating around a fire pit from Gumbo in nearby Kyneton carves out one of many areas for the couple to enjoy.
