Should you ditch MICROSOFT OFFICE?

Is it really unsafe to use Office 2010

Microsoft has killed off yet another old favourite. This time it was Office 2010 with its head on the executioner’s block – support for the popular software suite ended on 13 October this year. It means Microsoft will no longer release updates to fix security flaws. Hackers are licking their lips.

However, you probably noticed that your Office 2010 tools didn’t suddenly stop working on 13 October. You could just politely ignore Microsoft’s deadline and opt to carry on using Word, Excel and others, regardless of the risks.
