Can Virgin refuse to pay credit for switching?
Q I took out a broadband, phone and TV contract with Virgin Media in March, which included a £75 bill credit. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to Virgin, I haven’t received a penny of this money. The credit was part of the reason I left my BT contract early to switch to Virgin. If I never receive this money, would Virgin be guilty of mis-selling?
