I TEND TO get up at about 7am. The first things I do are put a coffee on the stove – I have one coffee a day and it’s a proper coffee – and feed the dog and cat. Work starts at about 9am and is five miles away in a couple of lovely old Essex barns that I rent outside Saffron Walden. Thanks in part to all the publicity this year over our restoration of the first production Land Rover, JUE 477, we are busier than ever.
