Apple Pie French Toast

Makes: 4-5 slices

This brunch idea is a scrumptious way to step up your basic French toast and it’s vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free!

For the French toast:

• 120ml (4 fl oz) of choice• 1 , peeled and chopped or 60ml (2 fl oz) • 1 tsp • 1 tbsp (can also use chickpea flour, or cornstarch)• 4-5 slices of , preferably not too fresh
