The establishment specialises in Osaka-style tempura, which uses a lighter batter that yields a crisp golden exterior. Chef Masaru Seki, a fifth-generation tempura artisan is an expert at coaxing the natural flavours of the ingredients. Menu favourites include live prawn with shiso leaf and the decadent sea urchin tempura topped with caviar. Lunch (clear seafood broth) and rice graced with shaved truffle.
