We can WORK it OUT

While writing this story, I was interrupted by a door-to-door fundraiser, a live bird delivered by my cat, and a former resident looking for mail. Working from home may be a welcome part of our new world, but it’s not without its downsides and distractions.

Covid-19 has changed the face of work in New Zealand and around the world, with working from home now an accepted practice in many organisations.

But while this is cause for celebration for many, who welcome the greater flexibility, increased family time and appealing lack of a commute, there are emotional and physical impacts to be mindful of.
