What was your first bike and how old were you?

I started when I was 15 in 1961 on a BSA Bantam 125, in Condobolin. I didn’t know that the engine had been in a go kart and was jetted to run on methanol so it didn’t run too well. After I found out it needed methanol there was a marked improvement. I swapped that for a Panther Sloper 600 after about six months. I was not racing at that stage, just paddock bashing and annoying the local housewives with the noise. I
