Is the decision to investigate Israel a game changer?

IN A historic departure after receiving more than 9000 complaints about alleged crimes in more than 139 countries, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has shifted its singular gaze from Africa to investigate Israel for war crimes allegedly committed against the Palestinians in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem regions.
