s a young teenager full of idiotic pro-street ideas, no real conception of costs, time frames, or what talent — or lack thereof — lay within my own two hands, I’d read magazine articles where guys were taking five, eight, or even ten years to complete a project. I recall thinking: ‘man those dudes really need to pick up their act, what the hell are they doing?’ Truth be told, I knew nothing of whatnd that’s before delays are even factored in. Of course, not all builds are 2000-hour projects, but that’s the sort of time investment a top-notch car build would command.
