Report reveals Tembisa Hospital failed on all levels
TEMBISA Provincial Tertiary Hospital (TPTH) has been put in the spotlight once again after the release of damning findings by the Health Ombudsman, Malegapuru Makgoba, on the death of Shonisani Lethole in June last year.
The report revealed a failure at every level, including denial of food for more than four days, poor record-keeping, falsified information, and general negligence that contributed to Lethole’s death from Covid-19
