Faustina Anyanwu, 42, lives in London, with her husband Vernatius and their three daughters, 13, 12 and 10, and their son, two.

Growing up in Nigeria, I had other children as friends to play with in school, but after I’d left the school gates, I wasn’t interested in having them over to my house or anything. Once I’d left school, I didn’t really keep in touch with anyone. I met more people while studying higher education, but the same thing happened after graduation – we never saw each other again.
