Printing pioneer hailed for contribution to Struggle

DEVRAJ Ramdutt, a printing pioneer, will be remembered by many for printing pamphlets and posters for underground activists during apartheid.
The 71-year-old, who was treated in hospital for five weeks, died of Covid-19-related complications on Saturday.
Logie Naidoo, a former eThekwini speaker, said Ramdutt was a humanitarian and supported many community programmes.
