Community activists pay tribute to Essop Pahad

NIGHT VIGIL

A group of community activists gathered at the 1860 Heritage Centre on Thursday, to hold a night vigil in memory of Essop Pahad, the former Minister in the Presidency and anti-apartheid struggle activist.

Pahad died on Thursday at the age of 84. His remains were buried at Westpark cemetery in Johannesburg.
