Parts sourcing

Q I have a niche problem and wonder if you can help. I am building a Lightweight E-type replica in as close to original specification as possible. Via eBay, I bought a pair of the correct Mk IX calipers; aluminium piston/cylinder assemblies and pads from BG Developments, plus discs from David Manners, and adaptor plates to convert Series 1 uprights to the larger Mk IX caliper mounting lug spacing from Denis Welch Racing.

So far so good, until I ran into what I thought would be a minor problem acquiring the pad retaining clips. They look similar to the commonly available Mk 2/E-type component, but I have discovered the Mk IX version to be larger in every dimension. It is allocated part number 7789 (illustrated).
