FALAFEL BURGER WITH TZATZIKI
Yogurt contains probiotics, which are a type of healthy bacteria that are great for gut health. Making Greek yogurt into tzatziki is a great way to incorporate it into your diet, while avoiding the sugar and sweeteners that are added to most yogurts. PER BURGER 447 cals, 13g fat, 3g sat fat, 67g carbs MAKES 8 BURGERS
For the burgers:
✣ 2 x 400g (2 x 14oz) tins of chickpeas, drained and patted dry
✣ 2 garlic cloves, crushed
✣ Handful of parsley
✣ Handful of coriander
