COLD-WATER ARMY

I’m one of the many individuals, triathletes and swimmers who, as I write on 2nd January, continues to open-water swim in the UK. For me, my outdoor pool is in Clevedon, not too far from Bristol. I swim in the marine lake, which is one of the biggest in the world – and damn chilly over winter. My last swim measured around 6°C.
