Surprisingly vegan sweet treats

Bourbon tiffin

Serves 9

A rich, very-moreish fridge cake with lots of crunch. This tiffin has been one of the most popular among my taste-testers – unsurprising, since it is also the most chocolate-filled.

You will need

200g dairy-free spread
140g golden syrup
400g Bourbon biscuits, crushed
30g cocoa powder
100g mixed roasted nuts, chopped
75g raisins
300g dairy-free chocolate (I use half dark
