Bourbon tiffin

A rich, very-moreish fridge cake with lots of crunch. This tiffin has been one of the most popular among my taste-testers – unsurprising, since it is also the most chocolate-filled.
You will need
✽ 200g dairy-free spread
✽ 140g golden syrup
✽ 400g Bourbon biscuits, crushed
✽ 30g cocoa powder
✽ 100g mixed roasted nuts, chopped
