Chatsworth hails its heroes

FORTY hours without sleep, working in soaring heat and making sure the elderly and sick, including Covid patients, had water to drink.

These were some of the generous acts carried out by teams of Chatsworth residents and businesses from across KZN who banded together this week to supply water to distressed residents.

This after the water supply to the area was brought to an abrupt halt last Friday when all three pumps at Northdene 3 pump station broke down.
