STICKY HONEY SOY WINGS WITH NOODLES

SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 40 MINS

1kg chicken wings
1/3 cup plum sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup kecap manis
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 x 180g pkts fresh soba noodles
1 carrot, peeled into ribbons
1 zucchini, peeled into ribbons
½ cup coriander leaves, picked
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large roasting pan with baking paper.

2 In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with sauce, honey, kecap manis, oil and garlic. Mix well to coat.

3 Arrange wings in a single layer in roasting pan. Bake 35-40 mins, basting often, until sticky and golden.

4 Meanwhile, blanch noodles in boiling water 2 mins. Add carrot and zucchini, cook 1 min. Drain and rinse under cold water.

5 Arrange chicken on noodle salad and drizzle with any pan juices. Sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds to serve.
