Since having baby Roman last March, former The Only Way is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh has been juggling a newborn with running her successful fitness app Results Wellness Lifestyle (RWL) – all against the backdrop of the Covid-19 crisis.
But having finished a quick morning workout with personal trainer and RWL co-founder Cecilia Harris live on social media, Lucy is taking it easy when HELLO! calls.
“Don’t tell anyone, but I’ve gone back to bed,” she tells us. “Roman decided to have a little party in the night so I’ve had about four hours’ sleep.”
Despite her son’s night-time activities, the 29-year-old star (right, with Roman), who got engaged to the little boy’s father, former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, last June, remains upbeat. Indeed, having a baby has given her a whole new respect for her body.
