No-one to save him

Jeremiah Valencia was a quiet boy.

The 13-year-old lived in Nambe, New Mexico, with his sister, 12, his mum Tracy Ann Pena, 35, her boyfriend Thomas Ferguson, 42, and his son Jordan Nunez, 19.

Yet, despite being surrounded by family, Jeremiah lived a lonely life.

In February 2017, his mum pulled him out of school but failed to enrol him in a new one.
