“ROAD UNSUITABLE FOR CARAVANS” SIGNS
The roads accessing the Bunya Mountains are steep and winding. Large signs warn of this in the foothills before ascents and at the top for descents and advise the routes are not suitable for caravans and trailers. These signs were erected by the Qld Department of Transport and Main Roads
