Chorizo mash
■ Chop 750g potatoes into large chunks and put in a pan of water. Bring to the boil and cook for 20 mins until soft. Cut 200g chorizo into small cubes and fry until crisp. Mash the potatoes with a little milk and butter, then season and stir through the chorizo. Serves 4.
