When I first visited the Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden, set outside Stellenbosch, I didn’t know where I was going. I had just been invited to a function and was given an address. Little did I know that I was going to be treated to the artworks of one of South Africa’s most famous contemporary sculptors, or that the gardens themselves were an extension of his work.
