A quarter of Brits had a shopping voucher that expired during lockdown when many shops and businesses were forced to shut, new data from Which? reveals. Almost half said their voucher was automatically extended by the retailer, and 15% said they had to request an extension. But 36% didn’t get an extension, and lost an average value of £30 each.
