WE’RE TO BLAME

ALTHOUGH I read with dismay of yet another tack theft, we are all to blame for this. Thefts are only taking place because the horse fraternity provides an outlet for the stolen goods to make it profitable. Every time someone “bags a bargain”, without proving the provenance of the goods, they are contributing to making the market for stolen tack
