ABSTRACT:
A case report of coinfection with Penicillium marneffei and Mycobacterium tuberculosis in a 29-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura and received oral Prednisolone since 6 months. Patient was successfully treated with Inj Amphoptericin B and oral Itraconazole and completed concomitant anti-tuberculous therapy.
