When the little things add up
PERSONALLY, I’M USUALLY pretty successful. Actually, no, that’s a bit of a lie. I’m visibly good at dealing with stress, but I do internalise quite a lot, some of the time subconsciously allowing this to build up until I need to let it out.
I guess over time my resilience to things that add to stress has increased, and I now find that certain things, which years ago would have caused worry, leave me pretty chilled out.
We all deal with stress differently. Some people take it all in their stride, while others become noticeably irritable, but the one thing we all have in common is each of us has a limit, a window of tolerance, and a trigger. Just like a horse!
