Paan Truffles
½ cup almonds
½ cup pistachios
¼ cup cashews
Nuts must be lightly crushed/ chopped
8-10 soft medjool dates, pitted
1 tsp rose water
3 finely ground paan leaves
½ tsp ground elachi
½ tsp fennel sweets
½ tsp sukmuk (sukmuk is a combination of candy coated and whole seeds) dash of elachi syrup peppermint extract (optional)
Combine all the ingredients.
Roll into small balls. Roll in coconut, crushed pistachio, almonds or edible rose petals.
