Enjoying African wilderness in luxury

IT’S NOT every day a girl gets to travel in a private jet. Before the lockdown, I got to do just that.

It was around 7am that I was to catch my ride to Limpopo from Fourways.

We took off at about 10am, a little later than planned due to gusty winds. It was an hour-long trip before we landed at Tinstwalo Lapalala, one of the most luxurious campsites in South Africa.

With a large variety of wildlife, including snakes, birds and predators, Lapalala is located within the Waterberg region of Limpopo province.
