BLINK OF AN EYE

Heading to the opticians for another eye test back in 2010, I was becoming quite familiar with the place.

But as I pressed my face up against the machine, I knew something wasn’t quite right.

‘My vision just seems to be getting worse and worse,’ I told the optician.

Over the last year, I must have been back and forth for eye tests at least six times.
