    Socks 1, 2, 2, 3 balls 50gm Cleckheaton Country 8 ply

    Needles

    3.25mm double pointed needles for beret and socks

    3.75mm double-pointed needles for socks

    4.00mm double-pointed needles for beret

    4.00mm circular knitting needle for beret

    4.00mm needles for scarf cable needle wool sewing needle

    Special Abbreviation

    C6F = slip next 3 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, K3, then K3 from cable needle.

    Tension

    Beret 30 sts by 30 rows to 10cm over patt, using 4.00mm needles.

    Scarf 32 sts by 30 rows to 10cm over cable patt (relaxed), using 4.00mm needles.
