VISUAL artist Chepape Makgato is inspired by the greatness of women in the world.

It is a journey. One destiny is yet another genesis of the next expedition toward higher accomplishment.

Visual artist, Khehla Chapape Makgato, 32, since the first in 2013 of his 11 solo exhibitions, the latest concluded last month, set forth on an odyssey of 11 chapters in the milieu of creative achievement.

While he was a start-out artist in his early days in the mid-2000s, the Joburg-born and Limpopo-raised Makgato staged his initial three solo exhibitions at the Johannesburg City Library under the curatorial guidance of retired art librarian William Stewart.
