VIRTUAL TOURNAMENTS

YESTERDAY I fished in a one day “on-line” flathead tournament. In this era of Covid-19 many things have changed, and on the Gold Coast in 2020 the famous Flathead Classic was cancelled this year as it breached all Covid safe guidelines. As I write this Victoria has gone on to record its 10th straight day of zero cases and restrictions are easing. For many competitive tournament anglers, the pandemic has been a period to employ the latest in information technology to create competitive fishing competitions.
