Hello and welcome to our comfy, cosy winter issue! I hope you’re getting to snuggle up under lots of warm woolies – I know that’s my plan for the next few months! It’s also a great time to get knitting for charity, and this issue we’ve got a beautiful lace scarf that will be perfect to sell at a local stall, or a wonderful gift to anyone struggling in these difficult times. We’ve also caught up with a northern knitting group that’s all about social good and community support, and learned about a project to help elderly people affected by loneliness during the pandemic. And though travel is limited at the moment, we’re dreaming of beautiful landscapes with our look at yarn shops in North Wales and the Scottish isles.
