PAUL HORNUNG

Paul Hornung, the legendary Hall of Fame running back for the Green Bay Packers, died Nov. 13 from dementia. He was 84.

Hornung, known as “The Golden Boy,” won the Heisman Trophy in 1956 while starring at Notre Dame and was the No. 1 overall draft pick in 1957 by the Packers. He played in four NFL championships and was a member of the Super Bowl title in 1967, though he did not play because of injury.
