    MATERIALS

    • 18 fat quarters of assorted print fabrics (stars and squares)
    • 2.5m (2 3/4yd) solid white fabric (background)
    • Rotary cutter, ruler and mat
    • 2.2m (2 1/2yd) extra-wide backing fabric
    • 80cm (1yd) purple and green stripe fabric (binding)
    • Batting at least 244cm (96in) square
    • General sewing supplies
    • Sewing machine with 1/4in foot

    Finished size: 213cm (84in) square

    Note: Read all the instructions before starting the project. Requirements are based on fabric 107cm (42in) wide. Use1/4in seams throughout.

    CUTTING

    1 From each fat quarter, cut:

    • Two squares, 10in

    • 24 squares, 2 1/2in.
