WHICH METHOD?

Dear Team, My family and I wanted to congratulate the CW team on the recent safety issue (issue 604). We take our caravanning safety seriously so really appreciate the matters covered in this issue.

As a family, everyone is involved in ensuring we travel safely. We travel extensively and have seen some ‘interesting’ things on the road, so we make sure there are plenty of discussions around weights and what weight/mass terminolo›y refers to, safe overtaking and reversing when towing.

We all really enjoyed the 'Five Golden Rules of Towing' article but I had to laugh at John Eggenhuizen's comment that he doesn't know many people who can reverse parallel park their caravan — my husband is a champion reverser, regularly reverse parallel parks our 20ft van and often gets into those spaces that no one else wants!
