SMASHED BROAD BEANS ON TOAST

Serves 2

Cooked broad beans 40g
Garlic clove 1, chopped
Lemon ½, zested and juiced
Olive oil splash
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sourdough slices 2, toasted
Chilli flakes a pinch, optional

1 In a food processor, lightly blitz the broad beans. Then, add the garlic, lemon zest and juice with a dash of olive oil and some seasoning, and blitz again.

2 Spoon the beans on to the toasted sourdough, sprinkle with chilli flakes.
