This car is, of course, an Austin A40 at heart, but it was built by Innocenti of Milan, Italy. They had started building CKD A40 kits from 1960, but soon progressed to building the entire car. We suspect this image may have been from those early years because in 1962 the Innocenti version was renamed the A40S in honour of having the bigger 1098cc engine (up from the previous 948cc).
