A while back, a relative worked at the Morrison’s Distribution depot at Burton Latimer and knowing that I had an interest in the older lorries, he took some photos of the Fodens which were about to be taken out of service. I hope these are of some interest

FODEN ON THE FAIRGROUNDS

I am sending you a photo of the Foden S21 which featured, as a restored lorry, in the October 2020 issue. As soon as I saw the registration FTH988E, I knew that I had taken a photograph of it years ago, so I have enclosed a copy. Maybe it is of some interest to the present owners. I took the photo at King’s Lynn fair sometime in the 1980s I think. Sorry it is just a head-on shot. But it was rather hemmed in at the time.
