Bulgogi Poutine

he Canadians may get most of the credit for giving the world an A-level comfort food in poutine, with its French-fried potatoes, cheese curds, and creamy gravy. But South Korean–born brothers Jung Gyu and Jung Min Kim have upped the at the Fishers Test Kitchen (The Yard at Fishers District, Fishers, 317-953-6412, ). The dish starts with traditional fries, but builds with layers of grilled beef, Monterey Jack cheese, and sweet and spicy sauces. The recently expanded menu options allow customers to customize their poutine with additional topping options such as kimchi, a fried egg, or grilled peppers and onions for a style the Kim brothers call K-Philly.
