Makes 2 Rudolph potatoes Preparation time 20 minutes Cooking time 50 minutes
INGREDIENTS
• 2 baking potatoes
• A knob of butter (about 15g/½oz)
• 2 tbsp milk
• 50g/2oz broccoli florets
• 25g/1oz mature Cheddar cheese, grated
• 25g/1oz cooked turkey, finely diced
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
For decoration
• 2 cherry tomatoes• A• Cocktail sticks• Cake Décor edible eyes (from supermarkets)
