Innocence shattered

I was rushing around, trying to find my favourite lippy and pack my handbag when my boyfriend Tony, 22, walked into the room.
‘Don’t go out with your friends tonight,’ he said, stroking my hair.
It was November 2011 and he’d not long moved in with me.
We’d been together since January, after meeting through mutual friends.
Tony had me in stitches, and always made me feel special.
